Terms of Business

Payment

• On Line Purchases  Payment is accepted by PayPal - the easy and secure way to shop on-line.
• Mail Order  Please make payment by cheque or postal order made payable to Maria Val Loureda. If you pay by cheque, please write your name, address, cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back. Orders will not be despatched until cheques have been cleared.

  Delivery Times  Please allow 21 days for delivery.

Postage & Packing Charges  Orders will normally be sent by first class post (recorded delivery) - subject to a handling charge of £1.25. If you require special delivery then an additional charge of £5 will apply.

Refunds & Exchanges  We do hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you do wish to return an item, please send it back within 14 days and I will be happy to offer an exchange or refund as long as the item is in brand new and unused condition.

Title to Goods All items supplied remain the property of Maria’s Workshop until payment has been made in full.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the photogaphs and descriptions of the products. However although every item is individually hand made to the same high quality, colours and sizes may vary slightly.
